How do we collect and process your data?
The Controller collects and/or receives your personal identifying data, such as your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number etc., which are conferred while you are browsing www.agriturismolacarbonaia.it through direct completion of online forms for requesting specific information about the activities carried out or through contact request forms. The data are kept for the time necessary for the fulfillment of information requests and sending of communications that the Data Controller makes as a result of your request, and in any case for a term not exceeding a maximum of ten years, except in cases where events occur that entail the intervention of the competent Authorities, also in collaboration with third parties/recipients entrusted with the data security activities of the Data Controller, to carry out any investigations into the causes that led to the event. With regard to data from Internet traffic and cookies, please refer to the retention terms already mentioned above.
What are your rights?
Your rights under the new regulations under EU Regulation 2016/679 allow you to have continuous control of your data through the rights of:

You must also be informed, in a reasonable time, when the period of suspension has expired or the cause for the restriction of processing has ceased to exist, and thus the restriction itself lifted;
- Obtain your personal data, if received or processed by the Data Controller with your consent and/or if their processing takes place on the basis d of a contract and by automated means, in electronic format also for the purpose of transmitting them to another Data Controller.
The Controller must do so without delay and in any case no later than one month after receipt of your request. The deadline may be extended by two months , if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Controller, if necessary by informing you of the reasons for the extension.

Who can you complain to?
Without prejudice to any other action in administrative or judicial proceedings, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or the one that performs its duties and exercises its powers in Italy where you have your habitual residence or work or if different in the Member State where the violation of the EU Regulation 2016/679 occurred.
Any updates to this notice will be communicated to you in a timely manner by appropriate means and you will be similarly notified if the data controller follows up on the processing of your data for purposes other than those set out in this notice before proceeding to do so and in time to give your consent if necessary.
